DIY FH4-24" Fluorescent 2 Bulb Light Hood recommended?!?!?!

We have a 24x24x48 cage for our cham, with one linear 18 inch 10 Watt fluorescent bulb and a basking light. Our living room does not get much sun light which is why we were wondering if Bob (our cham) is getting enough light. We saw this 24" 2 bulb light hood on diycages.com (see link below) and were wondering if you guys think it is a good buy?! and if so how many watts do you recommend, 10 Watt or higher?

He seems a little lazy during the day and tends to be really dark at times....that s why we are a bit concerned..

More light is better but be careful, I bought a couple dozen T-8 fixtures & UVB bulbs. Now i am having trouble finding a T-8 plants light for the second half of my double fixtures. Made sure you can get the bulbs you need before you do all that work.

I have one of these. It also works with T12 so getting tubes is not a problem. I am using a 6500k tube that puts out around 1100 lumens on one side and a Repti-Sun 5 on the other. I don't recall the wattage.
