so yesterday i was browsing youtube and i saw a video were this veiled ate a lizard i got mad and i just uuuhgggh do chams do this? or is the owner just a creep?

This is certainly possible in the wild. But, the owner of that veiled is a moron because that anole could very well have parasites.
