directly feed carrots?

Would it be okay to directly feed puréed carrots to my female veiled? I already hand feed her crickets so maybe I can get her to eat carrots too. Or does anyone think that making a bug/veggie/fruit puree would be okay to feed every day? She is difficult to feed since I need to force feed her and she spits the crickets out so I am guessing a yogurt like substance might be easier, also it may reduce the risk of her becoming impacted. Any input?

I'm pretty sure carrots are ok, i may be wrong though. Clea(my female veiled) hates eating anything other then Romanian lettuce and her insects of course, so once i gave her a little piece of carrot wrapped in a piece of Romanian lettuce and she ate it but if it was just the carrot she wont eat it.

They will eat shredded carrot on their own, to a degree.
Make your bug juice more bug than veg.

When I used to have to make "bug juice" for my pardalis I would throw in crickets, superworms, a waxworm or two to help him put on weight, silkworms, and roaches, I also added blueberries, carrots, or dandelion depending on the day (or a combination), because I made a new batch every day. I also added whatever suppliment he would be getting that day to the mix along with some bee pollen.

That is very helpful, thank you! I will go out and get some other feeders today. I also have sweet potatoes, apples, bananas, and chicken babyfood, do you recommend any of these? They are already mashed because I made them into a sort of babyfood for my rats.

Meats have protein and too much protein "may" cause gout. I'd stay away from meats.

Ditch the chicken, but you can mix up the veggies/fruits that you put in every day. Remember to still gutload your feeders though as you would normally. I put all of my ingredients in a food processor (thats the little thing that has the two-four blades but is small right?) or whatever its called with a little bit of water so if blended easier. Thats about it, I wouldnt make too much because (only a day or sos worth. I think It might loose nutrition sitting in the fridge, especially the bugs.
