Digital thermometers work well and most are relatively accurate.
Digital hygrometers are not as accurate as many people think. Although the digitals are much better than the analog. Use it as a tool to give you a ball park estimate but don't be suprised if it is off 5 or 10% (even more in the upper and lower humidity ranges). This should be fine to give you a ball park estimate which is really all you should need.
Thermohygrometers can come in pretty handy, I'm assuming you're using it for the panther's enclosure. Your lighting does look fine although it may be a little too bright.
think its a bit early to say its bright. t5's are probably brighter especially those ppl using quad set ups, mind you once the cage set up is complete there will be shade spots. so for most part looks good.
as well there is a blog on how to calibrate both analog and digital hygrometers. something like getting a mug with cup of salt rest with water. put the mug and hygro in a air tight ziplock bag leave it some place temperature stays relatively the same for 9 hours and should read 75% if it doesnt now you know how far off it reads. its something like that id look for the blog to confirm this
