Different types of food

Hi all , as I'm sat in my van waiting for some undercoat to dry , thought I'd ask , what different types of food can I feed my 10 /12 month panther Cham ( nosy faly) so I was told , only had the fella for 4 days , and surly he must be bord of locusts , I no I would be

Locosts.. Crickets.. Butter worms.. Calci worms.. Occasionally waxworms.. Could also try him on different kinds of vegetation and plants.. There's lots of things on the internet showing nutritional value of things and what fruit and veg is the best

Panthers dont normally eat vegitation.

But the above mentioned bugs, are great.

I'd have a look at silkworms and also roaches, dubi,bananna,lobster there are quite a few different ones out there for sale.these are all a good full time food as wel where as the mealworms and wax worm are more of a treat thing they won't do your Cham many favors

Veileds are mcuh more omnivorus than panthers are. they are known for eating alot of the veggie/fruit stuff.

I saw no one mentioned hornworms.. in my opinion the best treat for chams.. word of caution they get big!

Hornworms are good but I noticed he uses locust so I thought he was from the uk and hornworms are banned from the uk like locust are to the U.S

Good observation my friend.. not only did I not notice he was from UK I also didn't know either was banned... Is it an invAsive thing?

Mine loves waxworms. You gotta be careful with waxworms though its like giving your cham a cupcake. He fattened up a little when I was giving him waxworms. Been giving him silkworms, he really seems to like those. I try to give him some crickets and a soft worm or two every day.
