okay, ive been trying to fix my chameleon dehydration problem for a while now but his damn urates are still a little bit yellow/orange. I mist him once in the morning, feed him in the middle of the day, then mist him again shortly after. on top of the misting i let a dripper run for a part of the day. ive seen him drink off the leaves every once in awhile but im not around starring at him all the time so i wouldnt know for sure if he was getting enough. what could i do to get my guy to drink!!!??

get appropriate size of silkies and hornworms.
feed your cham that for couple of days.

those are insects with high water content.

Misting with warm water as suggested for longer periods of time should help. My chams wouldn't start to drink until about 5 min into the misting session.

Also when you say that your dripper is running for part of the day, How long is that? while you are gone for work? How long does your dripper reservoir last time wise? How fast is the water dripping? Getting a dripper tuned can be pretty tricky and time consuming but should do the job once it is set up.

Good luck
