Dehydrated!!!!!!! Help!!!!!!

She is not drinking any water and her eyes are sunk in more everyday I don't know what to do to make her drink I have a fogger and dropper on the water plant and she won't drink HELP

Try put her in the shower with the water splash off the wall n onto her for 30min,or use a syringe drip the water on her nose slowly,just to see if she start licking the drops of the water sometimes will takes longer time for her to start licking the water drops,also to check her poop color to determine if she is drinking or not white color urate is good ,orange mean she need more water in her asap.
