Dark spot on leg and foot.

So you think that would be best?
There's so much going on right now it's hard to know what to do and what's best for him.

As you know, only a doctor can tell you what's best. I'm just offering that this is not a drug known to cause problems in sensitive areas on humans.

If you did decide to try this, it would probably be best to a) rub it in as thoroughly as possible and b) keep him out of his enclosure for awhile to make sure it's fully absorbed before letting him back on his vines. While I sincerely doubt he would stick his foot in his eye, I have no problem imagining him rubbing his eye on a stick or vine that once had his foot on it.

Is it at all possible that the spot is a burn?

I don't think it could be a burn he's been on a branch low to the ground so he doesn't fall.
And all his
Lights are at least a foot away.
It could be possible that it is a burn from before we had him. We never checked his feet for burns because we were so worried about him being sick.
I appreciate your help.

I hate to suggest torturing the poop baby for pictures, but it's possible pictures of the whole foot might help people decide for sure what it is. Has he gone through a shed since you've had him?
