damaged cricket order

So I ordered some crickets from cricket direct and when they got to me there was a hole in the box missing about 700 out of the 1000 crickets I emailed crickets direct and they havent emailed me back (3 days ago). anyone had any issues like that before? I never had a problem with the cricket factory and probly goin back to them they know how to package crickets.
 
When I had received a bad box from them, they sent me a new box of crickets. I feel sorry for the USPS driver w/all the crickets.

Sometimes Bill is just busy. Try emailing him from another email account, explain your problem and don't demand anything in return. If nothing is done, ask for a refund, he will most likely offer to send you another order, free of charge.
