Curious about Veiled colors

I have a baby Veiled now, and I'm wondering what different types of colors can they mature into? Could he be blue or yellow or anything? Or does it just stick to shades of green? Right now he's just green because he's very young but he gets all striped and spotted when he gets flustered.

From what I've read and seen, males are certainly more colorful and females wear more shades of green with some minor coloration.

If he's green now is there any chance of him being blue when he matures? I would absolutely love that haha. I'm colorblind so cool colors are the only colors that really stand out to me even remotely.

Take a look at Jannb's veileds. They are amazing. https://www.chameleonforums.com/my-beautiful-veileds-142194/

Thank you Joe!

This was my boy Luie. He was a little green bean When I got him and he was slow to color up but when he did he showed allot of blue. He left me a couple of years ago and I still miss him every single day.

Females can be very beautiful too. https://www.chameleonforums.com/mem...lottie-5-months-old-80-grams-9-21-14-187.html

I wondered the same thing. There is a special chow I think either on facebook or here, some guy here has a company that sells it. I'll find it, it was a few days ago, it was some feeder chow which will help your chameleon improve it's colours. I'ts not expensive.

I think it all depends on his diet. Mine is about 4-5 month, he doesn't have colours, but he's got real crazy patterns when he's pissed he displays it but it's coming out. I don' think you'll see his full colours until they are 1 year? correct me if I'm wrong.

This may help with his colours: http://kilgourschameleons.com/products.asp
