Cup feeding?

Can you cup feed when you free range? Do you have to do multiple cups? How do you make it so adult crickets cant get out? Cant they jump? I hope I dont sound stupid I have been keeping reptiles for a long time.

sure you can cup feed. As gross as it sounds, you can pull off the crickets back legs. They won't be jumping anymore!!! It won't kill them either!

I suppose it depends on how big your free range is and how many kinds of feeders you are using. I mean you could use multiple cups if you wanted to so there are different places for him/her to obtain the food. I would think most people just use one area to feed but maybe some other people who free range will give you some ideas.

Yeah because im thinking to make half my room a free range because its a big window.
