How many crickets should I feed my 1 year and 1 month old chameleon I feed her about 10 a day and dust them with calcium without d3 evryday and with d3 ones a week or reptivite ones a week what can you guys tell if I'm doing something wrong

Thats a bit much for an adult.

Fill up the feeder once a day with more than enough crickets. Put them back in the bin after an hour or so when she is done feeding. Calcium can be every other or every 3rd feeding, d3 calcium is once every other week, same with vits, every other week. Also check your d3 levels of the powder, some brands can have 1000 times as much as another. Sticky tongue farms indoor d3 is so low its the only calcium you need, for example.

Adults will eat alot less that growers. Just at the end of mines last growth spurt, it was 2 dozen crickets a feeding, 3 months later it was 3-4 adult dubia a week.

Glad to know the verocious eating habits will change...my little guy has me buying crickets twice a week sometimes...thanks for the advice!

When you feed her, make sure she has left over crickets that she didnt eat. That means she got enough. If the bowl is empty, she might still be hungry.

I always cup or tong fed, so it might be different for those that just throws handfulls in.
