i too bought it and i dont like it at all, i have throw a cube in with 1000 crickets and they dont even eat it all, and 1000 crickets eat alot!!! i do what sontiger suggest above

Its good to have all. Im not sure if lettuce has much in the way of nutrients either. Carrots are good. Throw in an orange, apple, collard/kale and cricket crack or other dry food that adds additional nutrients. A chameleon is only as healthy as the food he eats ( ok, that's a bit of an overstatement, but I hope you get what I mean) the better the gutload, the better nutrition your Cham is getting

I don't know the product, what does the label say about vitamins?
I have one similar, but which claims to have a 1:1 ratio of calcium/phosphorous. It smells nice and fruity and crickets do eat it. The safest way is always variety. Can you get some good flakes as well as the veg? I use some fish/turtle flakes with extra vits/mins. It's cheap enough and crickets seem to love it.
