* Location - Where are you geographically located? Chicago, IL

Current Problem - The current problem you are concerned about.

My chameleon is around 10 weeks old if I am not wrong.

1. Cricket feeding cup. As I described earlier, I got him on Tuesday. After I got him, I put him in the cage and mist him right away. Then next day, I try to feeding him with the small cup and he ate 4 crickets at that day. The following day he ate 2 crickets and one wax worms. Then I start to try hand cup feeding so he can't get access to the food but he seem don't get the idea. I saw he look at the cup all the time but he didn't eat at all. Following day, I just feel bad that he don't eat any food so I gave him one wax worm. Yesterday, I saw that he go hunt down some cricket in the large pothos and got only one cricket. Also I don't see him eat any food today at all. But he drink water as much as he can. He don't show the sign of dehydration at all. His fecal look normal to me. Should I start to worry about him? Or should I move the feeding cup to somewhere else? Picture is show where I put the feeding cup before. Then I make feeding cup with milk jug and hang it on the top need his basking spot.
2. He doesn't seem recognize dripping at all. Look like he wait for me to mist him than get water from dripping. I have some pan on the bottom to catch water so the cage is not flooding too. Any recommend?
3. He only stay on the basking side than the other side. Is it normal?

I try to hand feeding him but he still doesn't take it. I also left some 3 crickets in the cage but they are good at hiding. Any suggestions?

Well since you recently got him, he's probably still getting used to his surroundings. Leave him alone for now and try again tomorrow. Next time just put the food in the cup and leave. Come back a little later to check on him and give me updates on how he's doing. (y)

Stop taking him out. Seriously you just got him, don't take him out for at least two weeks. Don't hand feed him either, you are seriously rushing things and are stressing him out. You really should have gotten a Jackson baby older than 5 months. Jackson babies under 5 months are extremely difficult to rear successfully. He may never recognize the dripper, some chameleons don't. As a Jackson he desperately needs long misting sessions at least 3 times a day preferably 4 times and no shorter than 4 minutes each time. You need to dust with plain calcium about every 4 feedings. And dust with d3 once a month and a multi vitamin once a month. He needs way more beaches and greenery than you have in your cage. You need to be able to almost lose him in it. What are you gut loading your feeders with? I suggest you ditch the wax worms, get baby silkworms, hornworms, and very very young super worms. I'd start looking at roaches too.

I can do that but the problem is he doesn't have any interest in feeding cup at all. Or hand feeding too

Since you mentioned the cham is 8-10weeks old and you are already feeding it waxworms I think you may want to get smaller feeders.
Also if you can try to get some Dubia roaches instead of waxworms.

Do you have a pic of your chameleon?

Also stop handfeeding for now and stop handling him unless it's necessary,

After I take a look and compare with the other member on Jackson Cham. He should be around 15-18 weeks now. Sorry for the confusion. I will upload the picture of his in the morning

Here is his picture. He is around 3.5" not include his tail.

I would think he's on the upside of the 18 weeks if not a bit older...
He looks handsome tho... I wish mine would finally get his greens in.

He doesn't look bad so I would just give him some time to adjust.(y)

Look like he ate only one crickets per day now. As far as I can see he drink well but I actually don't see him ate any cricket yet. The feeding cup still have the same number of cricket that I throw. I also put 3-4 crickets run free in the cage too. They are good at hiding tho. How long that baby can go without food? I just curious.

He's old enough that he can go a few days without any food. But since he's eating at least one cricket a day I wouldn't worry too much, he will get there.
