my gut load now is lacking...its just fruits and veggies. i want to order some cricket crack and i already get my crix from premiumcrickets....so why not order some cricket crack....

Will this forumula work well?

the crack..collar greens/dandeliongreens/turnup greens...and a little bit of strawberry/banana.

dont bananas have a bad ratio of calcium to phos?
i use oranges and apples, and they seem to love them but get bored with one and then i change the other and they go crazy.

anyone have the link to that iguana food guide where it listed out every food item for it and its nutritional value with cal:phos ? i lost all my links.

I use crick crack for dry and collard greens, swiss chard, kale, squash, grapes, apple, and sometimes dandelion(when I can find em), organic bell peppers, orange for wet mix. Good list you've got so far, mixing up a couple of things every other feeding works well, at least for me. There's some detailed list of good gutload ingredients around just have to search.:D

I actually add some water to make a nice thick cricket crack soup. They really go crazy for it. I just hope it's enough since my Meller's doesn't eat in front of us too often so dusting doesn't really work.

In no way gutloading properly should replace your supplement schedule. They both must be done to keep any chameleon healthy. Try dusting the greens with proper supplements and giving it two 1 or 2 days worth of feeders, then feeding them off. There is a proper way to supplement this way, and you have to keep to a strict schedule and way of doing it. I just dust feeders directly since I cup feed, so hopefully some expert members can chime in on this..:D
