Cricket Business?

Has anyone started a cricket business? I've been breeding my crickets and thought about trying to sell them locally. Has anyone had success doing this? I would think that some people would rather buy from someone where they know where the crickets came from and what they were fed. I even think I might be able to sell them to my local pet store if I get enough breeding.

Anyways anyone's input/story would help!

I have no experience...but i have noticed when i look through craigslist that i will see ads in the pet section for dubia roaches and different feeders for sale.

Go for it. Crickets are a pain in the butt, so I don't breed them. But if you're able to breed several thousand a week of each size, you can probably start selling to local pet stores.

Give it a try. You can probably sell them locally pretty easily. If you make a nice e-commerce web site you may be able to sell online too.
