Cricket Breeding?

My father is .. concerned that if any of my crickets get out - and a couple have. That they will lay eggs and infest our house with crickets. Needless to say im being more careful.

is breeding crickets really that easy though?
Between myself and my boyfriend we've got a good number of little guys that need to chow down on crickets.

If breeding them is just as easy as having them, it would almost be nice.
