Many babies/juvies "ceiling walk"—nothing to be concerned about.
Take lotsa pics; eventually, they get too big to do this.

Hope this helps! I agree with raising the UVB and getting a larger enclosure sooner rather than later. I would also swap out those plastic plants with some live plants.
So there is a cause for concern with screen climbing when lights are sitting on the top. This comes down to needing to raise the UVB and heat fixtures. Over exposure to UVB and thermal burns from the heat would be the issues with having them sit directly on top.
