Correct Cage Setup?

Hello everyone the name is Manuel and I am new to owning a Veiled Chameleon. I introduced myself in the lizard lounge and I just want to share what I have for his setup and hope it is correct for now. Reptibreeze Medium 16x16x30, 26w Compact reptisun UVB, 100w repti basking bulb, reptirain mister, reptifogger, live ficus plant, two fake plants, two fake vines different widths, one sandblasted grapevine, and eco carpet. That is what I have for him as far as his enclosure goes. I really want to have success with keeping him so any help, tips, advice I can get would be greatly appreciated thank you. I have read the care sheets top to bottom on here but I really want to know more from actual people here on the forum.

Your enclosure sounds fine right now, but later you're going to need a taller 24x24x48 enclosure (screen) for the little one.

Anyway, 100 watts sounds a bit high for your bulb. Try 60 watts for the little guy and when he's older, you want his basking spot to be 90 degrees or so. Right now, assuming he's little, he only needs around 80-83.

Oh so 100w too much? Ok I wasn't sure since it is a screen cage I figure it wouldn't be that hot for him. But I will change that. Yeah I know I will need a bigger enclosure later I actually am planning on building a custom one more like 48"L x 36"W x 72"H possibly. Im not sure on his age but im thinking a couple months. looks fine to me! just try and get a lower watt bulb

I got that bulb I got the exo terra halogen basking spot 2x lux bulb they only had it in 75 watt it was on sale so hopefully this will be ok. Thank you though for your input it is greatly appreciated.

More horizontal branches huh? Ok ill see what I can come up with I think I will take some from a tree I have in the back yard. Clean them up good then I think I will bake them to kill anything that might be in or on the branches. Thank you for the input.
