My boyfriend and I bought a chameleon from a friend who got it from a breeder. From the beginning, the chameleon's right arm would wrap around his back..it looked dislocated and painful but we took him to a vet and he said it was very likely a birth defect and he should be ok because he was able to use the arm.
We give him all the supplements and lighting needed did tons of research as to how to care for him, but recently he has had some swelling along his spine and he isn't improving. Climbing has become more difficult and he looks in pain
do you have an idea of what this could be? The swelling is perfectly symmetrical on both sides of his spine and they are round bumps. Could these be cysts?
