Concerned about our babies tail??

Not sure if this is normal or not but our little guy has this lump/bump on his tail. Is this normal, what do you guys think? Any help is appreciated!!! Just want to make sure he’s okay.

I know this may be a weird/silly question but do boys have to ya know, do their business/get down and dirty, like how females still lay eggs without a male around? Can their you know what be damaged/obstructed if he doesn’t get satisfied? Lmao!!
