Common chameleon?

So apparently, commons and jacksons are the only legal chameleons in PR... so I have some questions about common chameleons
Does anyone here have one?
Are they relatively easy to care in comparison to jacksons?
Temperment?
Anything interesting about them?
They could have chosen a better name  I don't think they are so common!! :p
How big do they get?

I used to have some but not any more. They aren't available here anymore.

They are similar in care to panthers and veileds.

They are generally more tolerant of handling than veileds. Their temperament is generally quite mellow. They are more tolerant of each other as well.

They breed and lay eggs once a year and generally need to be brumated/hibernated during the winter months.

To me Mediterranean chameleon would have been a better name for them.

I suppose you could compare their size to that of a female panther that wasn't an extra large one.

Ohh, interesting. Thanks! I hope they sell them. It says so on the website, so I'm assuming that's a yes. How come they don't sell them in the USA anymore?
