1) What are the best feeders?
A) Should you dust them, if so how often and what kind?
B) Should you gut-load?
2) What type of light should you use?
3) What type of misting system is required? Can I just use a mister bottle?

Crickets, B. dubia, hornworms, silkworms, superworms (zoophobas morio, not the giant mealworms)
A) Should you dust them, if so how often and what kind?
Yes, it depends on the chameleon.
B) Should you gut-load?
Every chance you get.
2) What type of light should you use?
Reptisun 5.0-10.0
3) What type of misting system is required? Can I just use a mister bottle?
No system is required, but it makes things easier.

2) What type of light should you use? The ReptiSUN 5.0 uvb TUBE is most commonly recommended for the UVB. Plus a normal household incandescent for heat (wattage depends on ambient and proximity)

A hand spray mister and a dripper work very well.

All of the vitamin supplements are confusing! Is there a vitamin supplament that contains all of the needed vitamins?If not what brands do I need to use?

It depends on what kind of chameleon you have for dosing, but generally the following are recommended for use:

Calcium
Calcium w/D3
Herptivite
Minerall I or O

and it seems like I am missing one. I'm tired.
