Coloration?

Hello,

Right now my male panther cham is about 5.5 months old and still has a brown/green resting color. His father is extremely colorful mind you.

What is the best way for me to make sure that my cham will establish bright vibrant coloration, and when should i expect it to start happening.

I utilize a 50 watt bulb for basking which is around 89* and his cage is normally 80* with a 5.0 reptisun bulb, humidity level around 60-70%. I feed him mealworms, crickets, superworms, and bottle flys gutloaded with multivitamins + more vitamins shaken on top.

??????What now, when is this guy gonna start poppin

Pics( of the tail) maybe you I've a female on your hands I have a nosy be who is bright blue an he's almost 6 months

Pretty sure he's a male, he's got the pronounced helment on his head, he's got the bump underneath his tail....

What should I be doing to get him to bloom some color and when should I expect it to happen.

He does look good, i'm just curious as to how I can help the process of having him show brilliant colors as a resting color for him or if I can help develop them, besides a quick mirror reflection or freakn him out. Something that will last?

Or should I just wait

They'll take over a year to color up completely, each at their own pace. He's looking good for a 5 month old, I wouldn't worry to much. Give him another two months or so and he'll have significantly more color.
