There is a beautiful adult Meller's Chameleon at the Scales and Tails on South Broadway right now.
This animal looks healthy and seems very friendly ... if I had the space ....
I hate to think that this guy/girl (?) is going to get sold to someone who has no idea how to care for it.

Brad, don't get that cham. I guarantee it's banged up bad and you don't need that huge thing anyways. If you buy that, they'll order another one and perpetuate the cycle of harvesting these things from the wild. Don't contribute to that... not with this species especially.

There will be one temptation after another at scales n tails as the years go by... pygmies, senegals, flapnecks, ect... Some you'll want to "save", others you'll just want.

Take care of Agnes and the others... they need your full attention and resources. Reptiles are addicting and if you're not the type who can give up an old one when a new one comes along then you'll soon be living in a zoo and all your critters will be getting neglected because you've spread yourself too thin. It's happened to me and sooo many others. You seem to have much more restraint, but i know how addicting it can be...

I think the chameleon has been sold or moved to another store. I was in on July 1 and he was gone.
