Clyde the boxer

Just thought I'd share a funny little story with everyone :D

This morning I had to take pictures of my pothos (cause they keep getting dead leaves, plants hate me) so I could show my boyfriend how they were looking. I was using the phone on my camera and had the phone in the cage so I could get a good shot.

Next thing I know, BAM! Clyde bashes his face into the phone trying to beat it up! He kept doing this, swinging back and then lunging the side of his head into my phone until I moved it away. So I think he wants to be a boxer or wrestler cause he always chooses to ram his head at things instead of biting :p

He scared me so much though, I thought he was going to bite me at first and then he just smacked his face into things. Anyone think there's a reason he does this and not anything else? He has never bitten me once (knock on wood).

*ps, his head and face are fine, he doesn't seem to hurt himself*

I know sometimes chameleons can use their head to "nudge" other chameleons out of their territory in a conflict. The head stuff can be stemming from this instinct.

Lol that's funny :D

My girl doesn't bite, she does like a sideways head butt thing too but with her mouth wide open so she's all like "grrr I'm big and scary". I like to think she doesn't bite because deep down she's a little sweetie pie and doesn't want to bite me,and I think that she's more scared than aggressive!
