Cleaning water reservoir?

How often should I clean the water reservoir supplying the misting system? Is just emtying and replacing the water after wiping down the bucket enough? What about the tubing, pump and nozzle? The water is heated to 88 degress or so.

You can run vinegar/water through the tubes, or a 1/10 bleach to water mix. On the bleach, be sure to wipe the enclosure down until you don't smell it any more.
At the end of the cleaning solution, run hot water through the lines to remove residue.

I look for SLIME in the reservoir. If it is there, it is in the lines. I try to let my reservoir go down to almost empty, and then put the hottest tap water in as the system starts up. I haven't gotten any slime I would guess because the water doesn't sit too long. I use an in-line heater, so since you have heated water all the time, you may need to clean more often.
