oh ok. but spring tails are completely different? where can I purchase these guys from I know we have a lot of wild wood lice in the u.k though.

Yes, springtails (hexapods) are different from wood louse / sow bug /pillbug (crustacean).
Not recommended to use wild caugh pill bugs, as they can carry parasites and are heavy metal bio-acumulators. Not directly I mean. Fine to collect some, and use their offspring.
