CJ's culture came back positive for Klebsiella and Proteus. They are both sensitive to the enrofloxacin he is getting. My question is should I tear down and sanitize his cage? If so what would be the best thing to use? I was thinking a 1:10 bleach solution on the hard surfaces. Then new branches, trees and feeding cup.

For a belt and suspenders aproach, you can use bleach 1:10 and then use alcohol 70%.

I opted to use a clothing steamer instead of chemicals, that way I could disinfect branches/fake plants and avoid fumes & cleanup. Can get one for around $30. Live plants will need to be swapped and then quarantined to prevent re-infection. Alcohol actually does very little to kill these nasties, so if you opt for bleach you don't need to use anything else.
