cites question here!!!

so iam looking thru cities and i find Trioceros jacksonii and i go to look at it and its apendex 2 cites but it doesnt specify what sub species of jacksons could that mean that Trioceros jacksonii xantholophus or montune jacksons are non cities or just all jacksons in general?

All three jacksonii species are listed as CITES II.
