Chrickets on the loose

Hallo.

last i was trying to feed my new vailed chameleon.

i by accident dropped two crickets in her cage. I have a big plant in there so i couldn't locate them afterwards.

It may be a silly question but if she dont eat them, can they maybe start living in there and if it was a male and female can they breed ?

If they have the right environment, yes, they can breed. But they would need food to survive. A soil potted plant is ideal for the female to lay her eggs.
However, the odds on one lone pair of cricks surviving and multiplying are very remote ;)

Now, if you had a small population of them, with food, water and soil, you
would likely see some little pinhead babies after several weeks.
Provided your cham doesnt fininsh them off!

Members here have posted about suddenly finding hundreds of pinheads
in their cham cages, so it is possible :)
