BB flies make a fine breakfast, really wakes them up

Do you feed your chameleons twice a day? I'm still pretty new to chameleons (I've had mine 2 months), and I'm still trying to figure out what's best. Usually I just put in his daily crickets and eat throughout the day. A
re you supposed to feed them smaller amounts twice a day?

I like to feed mine several times a day if I am available to do so. You can toss several crickets in but I notice the ones that are not eaten right away have a tendency to bother my Chams especially if they are left in overnight. I would also put in a small container of food for the crickets feed on while they are in the cage.
