Chinese Crested?

I have an opportunity to trade some of my chameleon babies for a pure white, hairless Chinese crested puppy. I have always wanted one, but I'm basing that purely on looks alone. I have never known anyone who actually has one. I know he would need to wear sunscreen in summer and sweaters when chilly, but anyone know anything about their temperament?

A friend of mine has one and she just loves her. I have always heard good things about them.

I had 2 both were great pets and very smart in there own way. They were hard to get them to listen and house training took almost a year. Other than that they are very cool and loving dogs. and yes sunscreen and lotion will be needed regular.
