Chin bump/new adult

Hey Everyone,
Today I received an adult ambanja Panther chameleon. He is huge. He has been eating well and drinking a lot. So far no signs of any problems.
However, I noticed a bump under his chin. I'm not sure if this is from 'old age' or is something that needs to be treated.

Is he still drinking and eating?

Looks like an abscess, but could also be a cyst or even a tumor. Without a test or biopsy hard to be certain. It's not a normal feature. Is he a wildcaught import? There's a possibility it is an encapsulated parasite. Is it firm or soft? Any other discolorations or scars on the skin over it? Herp abscesses don't drain easily as the material inside isn't liquid like it is in mammals. There might have been a small injury there at one time that healed over. I'd have a vet look at it especially if it gets larger.
