so the other day i wake up to beautiful sunshine! i went straight to lotus's cage (it was his turn to go outside) and take him to a cage i have sitting on the porch. i decided to sit it out in the yard where he could get partial sun. well i left and went to a BBQ. about 4 hours later some clouds roll in. i didnt think anything of it. then the wind started to blow and it started to rain. still didnt think anything of it. then bam golf size hail started falling from the sky and the wind gets darn right violent. all of the sudden it dawned on me LOTUS IS OUTSIDE!!!!! i drove 100mph to the house in a full out hail, rain storm. i arrived with his cage knocked over and thank god him still in the cage. guy was pitch black and extremely cold. rushed him inside and put him in his cage under the light. thank god he was ok. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE FORECAST IF YOU LEAVE YOUR CHAMELEONS OUTSIDE!!
from this storm..this area had full trees down and lots of limbs and branches littering the roads. all of my outside plants leaves were ripped to shreds. i had two huge limbs down in my yard.
