I wonder if we have a pre-arranged chat time start, preferably when most folk are normally online. Many different time zones of Members can make it difficult.
I was thinking maybe a countdown timer (HTML) could be arranged to count down say 3 hrs before a set chat start on a given day each week, and be put on the front page somewhere, for a clear indication of when folk will be chatting?
It could be set to visible only whilst counting down.

Just a thought.
