Do make sure to let the vet know the supplements that you’ve been giving and how frequently. While I’m not anywhere near a vet nor as experienced as some here, it does sound as though he’s gotten too much D3 and multivitamins, of which the effects can be just as bad as not enough. Please do update us with what the vet says.

Unfortunately, we do not believe Charlie will make it through the night.. He is laying on his side, breathing slowly.
