Hi all
I hope someone can give me some advice. My Cham was a lovely friendly boy, always wanting to come out. He would climb along the door to his cage & was never shy with strangers.
In October we moved house. Now our Cham is miserable & terrified of coming out of his cage. He goes dark whenever I put my hand in & clings to the branches if I try to get him out. His eyes have even sunk right in on some occassions. he never bites but puffs up on me all the time now. he always had a sweet nature before. some mornings he doesn't want to "get up" & will stay in the sleeping position until I move him to his heat lamp. When I do get him out he sometimes lies flat on my hand and & seems frightened & will not climb onto anything, yet other times he seems to get over it & explore, going light colours.
He is in a room on his own, before he was in the living room with us & the noise of the tv. Should I move him?
I feel so sorry for him as I don't want him to feel miserable & be stuck in his cage. He is not yet a year old. He used to come out 3 times a day! He just isn't the same.
