Chameleon's left eye closed, appearance looks skinnier..

I noticed my chameleons right eye was shut about a week ago. I tried the saline solution, it did not work. I barely got paid today so I will be taking her to the vet tomorrow. The past couple of days I noticed she hasn't been eating as much and appears to look skinnier then she did before her eye shut. she sleeps most of the day now i'm assuming because she doesn't like keeping one eye opened, and she isn't as active as she use to be. Can anyone give me advice on what I should do? Also I am about to purchase her a new screen cage due to the fact I got her a glass terrarium with a screen top when I heard they like screen cages more after I purchased the terrarium.

The vet is for sure a good idea! Also, if you could fill out the how to ask for help form that is in the Health Clinic forum and copy and paste it here, that will give us a better chance at helping you figure out what might be the problem. Include as much detail as you can.
