Chameleons head swollen, and legs not being used

Hello! I’m rather new to the Chameleon community, I recently got an 1 year old Ambilobe Panther Chameleon, I put a lot of research into it before I got him, but I don’t know what I’m doing wrong now. I’ve had him for about 3 months now and he wasn’t doing well at first due to stress, but after about a week he started getting really used to his enclosure and he was healthy. However, about a few weeks ago I noticed he wasn’t using his back left leg. We took him to the vet and they said his bones looked fine and it was probably a sprain or fracture. So for a week I gave him some medicine and he started to use to use his leg more and I thought it was pretty much better so I stopped giving him the medicine, and now he’s stopped using his back left leg again, AND he’s not using his front left leg either. ALSO his head is rather swollen! I’m not sure what could be wrong. Please help!

What kind of medicine? Brand, dosage, amount of time used?
Also people will want you to fill out the help form.

No, my case was not this... I believe mine was overdoing it with Bee pollen.

Ok so I did some more research and I think it might be Edema...
It looks more like gout.... He casque is swollen because he is overweight. Can you fill out the help form posted above for you with detail and post pics of the enclosure lighting down so we can see the entire set up?
