Fecal: White/black color
Cage: Zoo Med Repti Breeze Chameleon Kit, 16" L X 16" W X 30" H
Lighting: 5.0 UBV 60 watt bulb (Reptisun)
Humidity: 40-70%

Placement: Dresser in my room
Location: Northeast Ohio

For about 5 days, My chameleon has not been eating much, if anything at all. He has opened his eyes maybe once or twice for a few minutes in these 5 days, but has mostly kept them closed. I gave him a 15 min. shower 2 days ago, and he seemed to drink, but when I tried again today, he kept crawling away and falling off of the plant. I have also not seen any fecal matter for at least 3 days. He has also been scurrying every time I spray in the cage, and has fallen multiple times also. I am very concerned that he is dehydrated and not eating enough, and debating whether or not to take him to a vet. Any information/advice/help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!

Definitely need to go to the vet, I'm sorry to say! Those are all very concerning signs and I don't think you will be able to help him on your own.

Here are some changes you should make to your feeding regimen: First of all, the Fluker's products you're using are no good. They are not at all recommended for chameleons. You need to gutload his crickets with fresh produce like collard greens, mustard greens, turnip greens, kale, sweet potato, carrots, papaya, etc. The Fluker's products are made to keep bugs alive, but do not offer the nutrition required to keep your chameleon healthy. This is also not a recommended way to provide calcium. You should, instead, be dusting his crickets at every meal with a phosphorous-free calcium powder without D3 and then dust twice a month with a calcium powder WITH vitamin D3 and also with a multivitamin twice a month. You want the calcium to go onto the feeders, not inside them.
