Chameleon won't eat

So, I wrote on here a few days ago and I took everyone's advice and I took him into the vets office.

My chameleon is 21g, he is about 6 months old, apparently I can't do math. Anyway, he has a broken leg and a big booboo on his front arm that goes down to his muscle tissue.

I have been keeping him misted and we have been feeding him meal worms covered in multivitamins and the calcium. He's on antibiotics every other day and on silver something cream for his booboo.

Today, I go to give him his dose of antibiotics and he wont open his mouth. It took me hours to get his mouth open. I finally got his mouth open and gave him his meds, then I decided to keep his mouth open and gave him water and I also gave him chicken flavored babyfood with his multivitamins and calcium added to it, oh and some water to make it liquid.

I had to force him to eat it. He's not really swallowing his food and he didn't swallow his water either. He wont open his eyes. He won't move. But he moves his toes if I put something in between.

I have an appointment in about 4 hours.

Does anyone have any advice for me? I'm really devastated.

Is there a way for me to get him well hydrated? Is there anything that I may have at home I can give to him before taking him into the vets?

Zeus has passed away. I believe I saw him take his final breath. By the time I got off of the phone with the Vet, he had already passed. I had a Doppler confirmation.

I'm extremely upset and devastated. I never knew something could slip this quickly when they were showing signs of recovery just yesterday.

Thank you. I've had a rough afternoon.
I'm really angry at the vet, I feel he could have be more informative. I'll be going to the vet college in the future with my female chameleon.

I've learned a lot today. I won't let this happen again.

Sorry for your loss. You really have to be careful with force feeding any liquids. It is very easy for them to aspirate (which will cause respiratory infections), and you can actually literally drown them to death.
