Chameleon Sushi anyone?:P

Hey everyone. No im not talking about sushi made out of chameleons...gross..im talking about sushi for your chameleon!

Today i was feeding crickets and a hibiscus leave to Clea so i thought..i wonder if she will like it if i wrap the leave around the cricket and make sure the cricket doesnt escape.

SHE LOVED IT! You should try it out;) I just thought i would let you know:D

Did you know, The original term Japanese: 寿司 sushi (-zushi in some compounds sush as makizushi) in the Japanese language refers to the rice, not the fish or other toppings?

From here.

Though some people say it refers to the seaweed.

Yup, it was a way of preserving foods, like using salt, but less expensive since salt was less of a commodity back then. I could only assume the taste of fermented food stuffs in rancid rice vinegar to be fairly putrid... but we are talking about the people who eat stuff like this all the time. Kimchi (which is awesome) is just one of those examples.

I think wrapping a cricket is an awesome idea. Maybe wrap it in like kale, or go all gourmet and stuff the wrap with gutload too. Just don't go overboard. :p
