I currently don't have a drainage layer and I usually use paper towels and soak up the water at the bottom of his cage every day but tonight I saw him in sleeping position in a puddle at the bottom of his cage and removed him immediately and dried him off with a towel (he couldn't of been there long maybe 10-15 min) and now he's sleeping peacefully at the top of his cage Immediately put a Layer of paper towel at the bottom of his cage incase he does it again. If he acts strange I'll be going to the vet for sure. I'm wondering what Drainage layers work the best and where I could purchase one. I hope my guy will be alright please pray for him.

Hi there Go to www.dragonstrand.com look at the easy drip trays for your cage size. It will keep him out of the water in the bottom. I use a wet vac each day to pull the water out of the pan but depending on your set up you can do a gravity drain.
I love love love them and use them for mine. Highly recommend all their products. Cages are done in build schedules though so look at that. Depending on what you are looking at it can be a few months. You put in your order and pay ahead of time. Don’t wait tho on a build to place your order though he sells out fast. If you do that pick up a plastic drain pan for now drill little holes in your bottom panel of the cage for the water to drip through and have the cage raised up over the pan. This will make it so your not dealing with a water situation for the current cage.

Here is his cage his basking light is a 45w house bulb and his UVB is a 18w and he has a 24w grow light for the plants the basking temperature is usually 79-82 degrees during the day and drops to about 71-68 at night and the humidity is usually 50-60% during the day and 72-77% at night. @Graves923

Handling - I used to a lot but was stressing him out so now only when I have too.
Feeding - Crickets, BSFL, Superworms, Silkworms, BBFL, waxworms (never eats these but he has once).
Supplements -Repashy Calcium with Low vitamin D 2-3 times a week. Should I use this reptivite I have too or is that too many vitamins?
Watering - I mist the plants for about 1 minute and he drinks everyday off the leaves
Fecal Description - White urate and little water droplet looking poop and the consistency is good.
History - Bought from underground reptiles.

Lighting - Zoomed T5 18w full spectrum UVB, Duramax flood 45w light, 24w grow light ,8:30 Am- 8:30 Pm
Temperature - 77-82 at the top, 75-77 middle, 70-68 at the bottom, I measure with digital thermometers in all 3 zones of the cage
Humidity - 50-60% during the day, 72-77% at night. Use a hydrometer to see the levels, Mist 4 times a day, I cover 2 sides with plastic wrap
Plants - 1 Money Tree, 1 Hibiscus, 1 Weeping Ficus.
Placement - In the back of my room not near any vents but close to the bathroom.
Location - Los Angeles, CA (South Bay Area by the beach)

Ok I just saw in your form that you have a Jackson's. They are way outside my area of expertise. Have any of our Jackson experts checked your help form?
No you don't want to move it higher... I just wanted to make sure it was not the one on the wall. It is a 5.0 bulb strength right?
