Chameleon sleeps most of day!!

I have a male (ambilobe) chameleon, he is about 10 months old.

My chameleon has been sleeping for extensive hours, I have him on a 12/12 light cycle ( 8am-8pm). He is usually up in the mourning at a normal time but when it gets to about 4pm or 5pm he goes to his lower branch, curls up and goes to sleep, as well as through the day i notice he has been sleeping/ clossing his eyes while at his bask location.

He only started to do this when the season got colder and closer to winter, his day time room temp is 23-22 C (72 F) his basking spot is 30 C (around 90 F)
at night it drops to 18-19C (64F-68F)

and he is in a 6ft X 2ft X 2ft screen mesh enclosure with a nice single leaf ficus as his tree. he gets misted 2-4 times a day but the overall house humidity is 30-40%. so could humidity play a role?

thanks

Cage info

Cage type: screen tall cage 6ft x 2 ft x 2ft
lighting: 75 watt heat bulb ( exo terra ) and one uvb bulb 10.0 ( exo terra ) on for 12/12

Problem :

my chameleon has been going to sleep really early for usual about 4 hours earlier than normal. My belief is it could be the weather change i live in canada and our winters are brutal and he is in the front living room which isn't to far from entry way, so he may be getting cold when i come and go.

You may want a bit more variety in your feeders. For example, for some days add in Phoenix worms (calciworms), silkworms, dubia roaches (If you can handle it :p), and locusts.
Supplements: rep-cal calcium only on crickest every other time and zoo meds reptivite with Vitamin D3
You should use calcium WITHOUT D3 every day, calcium WITH D3 twice a month, and a multivitamin twice a month.
Watering: misted anywhere from 2-4 times/ day ( hand mist garden sprayer)
Fecal description: normal, never been tested for parasites
Since he is 10 months old I recommend getting him tested for parasites. This should be done every couple months.

Cage info

Cage type: screen tall cage 6ft x 2 ft x 2ft
lighting: 75 watt heat bulb ( exo terra ) and one uvb bulb 10.0 ( exo terra ) on for 12/12 A 10.0 basking light is too bright. It can hurt your chameleons eyes. We recommend getting a reptisun 5.0.
Temp.: his day time room temp is 23-22 C (72 F) his basking spot is 30 C (around 90 F) at night it drops to 18-19C (64F-68F)
Humidity : house humid. is 30-40% Try to keep the humidity higher than this. If you're having trouble doing so, add more plants, mist more often with longer durations, add a dripper, and if you can afford it, a misting system.
Plants: ficus single leaf tree
Placement: entrence in house

My answers are in red. Are you sure he's going to sleep and not just closing his eyes due to the 10.0 UVB light?

my mistake i am using a 5.0 reptisun

he does get silk and pheonix and wax worms just not as often.
as far as

Do i put it on everything (silk, wax, pheonix) or just the crickets and super

I would recommend phoenix worms and silk worms over super worms. I would only feed him about one or two waxworks per week, if at all. They are fatty and not very beneficial.

Yes, put it on everything. Of course, if there is a special occasion, (Like his birthday or thanksgiving), you can go a day without supplementation. :D
