Hi im Christian and im from the Philippines, Im actually planning to buy a few chameleons and sadly i cant find any seller here in the PH, does anyone here recommend a seller that can ship to the philippines?

It is legal with the proper paperwork. You just need to find someone who does it. But I think we have a couple members in PI. I will see if I can hook you up with one of them.
