I will do both free range on cricket and cups cause u want her have a normal function long tongue instead of short tongue on those feeder cup all the time.

I would trust the hand misting or some type of misting system than the hydro ball....even the humidifier will help .

Ok just wasnt sure I saw on here were they used them to keep the humidity in the enclosure because they couldn't keep it in between 40%-50% just curious.

40-70% for veileds if I’m remembering right

Ok mine usually stays around 55% -65%but at night it goes around 70s

use a humidifier to increase the humidity in the whole room along with lots live plants n auto mister on a multiple schedule.
Do more hand misting while the cham is shedding that what I used to do for my chams.
Also watch the poops that tells u lots of indications of the cham.
