Chameleon Not Growing

hello! I have a juvenile female veiled who is about a year and a half old and is about the length of the ball of my hand to the end of my middle finger. I'm a little worried because my best friend has a veiled the same age also a female and his is way larger. I feed her about 100 crickets every two weeks and she always eats all of them. I have a 60w bulb, a uvb bulb and a large basking bulb. She is in a huge cage because I was sent the wrong size, it's an 18x24 and it's always about 80-85 degrees during the day in her cage. I put multivitamins on her crickets once every two weeks and I'm not exactly sure if it's something I'm doing wrong or if she is just a slow grower. I have been told many times that she doesn't look as big as she should be. She has shed maybe 4 times since I got her, which was only a few weeks after she hatched. Any tips?

How much does she weigh? When you say the length of your hand, do you mean her body only or her body plus her tail?

If she has only shed four times, she isn't growing. I just can't believe she has only shed four times in a year and a half.

Something is going on. The first place to start is a fecal. Take a fresh fecal to a reptile vet. Make sure it is fresh. I wrap my fecals in plastic and put them in the fridge until I can take them to the vet that day. I want a fecal in the vet's within a few hours.

Parasites can stunt their growth.

Please fill out the form for asking help. There are a lot of reasons why an animal doesn't thrive. It can be related to disease, parasites, diet, or even stress which includes living in conditions that are not optimal for the species.

You did not say anything about calcium? Are you dusting her crickets with calcium besides the multivitamin? They need that for their bones and to grow. Can you post a picture of her please???

Yeah I'm using calcium with d3 besides the multivitamins. And her poop is normal colored too. I'm doing this through mobile so I can't really post a picture and she doesn't let me hold her much anymore anyway.

How often with the D3? They don't need much if any, especially if she gets outside time. My concern would be feeding what size crickets are you talking about and is that all you feed? They really flourish on a varied diet and my growing girl eats 20-25 small crickets a day or 15-20 superworms/BSF larvae. Offer her as much as she will eat twice a day for awhile and see what happens to her weight, at her age though she may not grow much more even with an enhanced diet.
