Chameleon not acting normal

Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - Velied, female, 3 month old.
Handling - Pretty much never, im not allowed to..
Feeding - Feeding her calciumdusted fruit flies right now (~30 flies in a cup) give it to her in the morning before work.
Supplements - Calcium without D3 = everytime. Calcium with D3 = twice a month, Multivitamin = twice a month.
Watering - Dripper and mist 4 times a day making all the leafs dropping with water.
Fecal Description - Dark brown poo with mostly white urine. Last 6 times the urine have been clear white.
History - She has always been one shy chameleon.

Cage Info:
Cage Type - Exo terra 18x25x36. Changing to screen cage when she gets bigger.
Lighting - One 5.0 UVB bulb. One 2.0 UVA bulb and a 60W basking bulb.
Temperature - Basking = 83f , cool part of cage = 73f and drops to 69 at night.
Humidity - Got 3 live plants and have a steady 48% between misting and 85% during mist.
Plants - 1 Pothos, 1 Benjamina ficus, 1 Dracena.
Placement - In my bedroom, no traffic except when I get home from work, I then sit here by the computer. She got all day by herself.
Location - Sweden

She is not very active. She mostly sits in her ficus all day and a bit low, not in the top of the plant. I film her everyday with a camera while im at work and she does sometimes run around in there but mostly just hides in the lower part of the ficus. It MIGHT be because I recently rearanged the cage a bit. But I got this feeling she´s been acting like this all the time.

Also, is it normal for them to escape DOWN? Cause when I open the cagedoor she is not going UP, but down as much she can.

Welcome to the forums. At three months old your girl should be eating a large variety of feeders such as 1/4 to 1/2 inch crickets, silkworms, Butterworms, superworms, hornworms, roaches, grasshoppers and moths.

If that's a glass enclosure she might be too hot and that's why she goes to the bottom to cool off. That's allot of lights. What are you using to check her temps?

I have been feeding her small crickets but they are all out now and in Sweden it is hard to get your hands on feeders in the winter time. But I got about 1000 baby crickets hatched now so in a couple of weeks she will have crickets and smaller superworm to feed on also. And hopefully some dubia nymfs. Will she be okey eating fruit flies till then?

Im measuring with two digital exo terra. I thought that they were suppose to have about 80 f in basking temp? Might be wrong. I will lower the wattage a bit.

Is there more foliage near the bottom of the cage? She may simply be hiding in the darker areas when stressed/shy

I would definitely try to get her more prey choices. Fruit flies are not very nutritious. For then next little while, until you have prey you can gutload, you might use your vitamin powder weekly (what brand is it?)

If a range of prey is hard to get there, you might want to start breeding some of your own. Dubia and indian walking sticks, silkworms, blue bottle flies and superworms are all fairly easy to keep/breed.
Connect with local reptile clubs, amphibian clubs, spider clubs - they may be able to help you with feeder prey selection better than regular shops.

The foliage is pretty instence on one side from top to bottom.

Im currently breeding dubias, crickets, superworms & fruit flies. But it is a slow process. Cricket babies are on the way, dubias have not breed yet and just got the superworms (too big for her).
I will definitely look into walking sticks and blue bottle flies! I think those will be easier to get a hand on here. I got ALOT of mealworm beetles, are these a alternitive with the FF´s until crickets are ready?
