Chameleon names

I named my chameleon Steve Thomson and my girlfriend says that's a dumb name. What did you guys name your chameleons?

Our chameleon is named Teal'c (stargate sg1 geeks) she was meant to be a boy but the name stuck after we found out she was a girl.

I named mine Zeppelin! It was a hard choice though, as I also liked Rambo, Roscoe, Rango, and pretty much any name that starts with an R! Hope I helped some

I typically name all my animals after literary characters, even if I don't notice the theme. Usually they are Greek names (Daedalus, Cerberus) or Angel-lore (Azrael, Abaddon, Castiel) names but I am also a fan of Shakespearean names (Cassio, Desdemona). However, for the girls I will definitely gravitate towards pretty color-themed names (like Azura, French for sky blue) or atypical flower names (like Azalea or Peony).

I've never been able to name anything something very common, like Alex or Sarah. With a name like Olimpia I appreciate unusual names.

Grandchildren age 2 and 5 years named my panther Popeye.

I like my little green people to have proper names - my first was named Lily, my male was Tommy and my second female is Amy. Now I only have my little Jackson boy and it took ages to to decide on a name, but in the end I went with 'Monty' - his full name is Monty 'Dinky Dinosaur' Jackson! A special name for a special boy!

My ambilobes are named "hot" names since they are red- Fuego is fire in spanish and Pele is the Hawaiian goddess of lava. My blue ambanja is Bonsai which really is just random.

my gf wanted to name ours Sheldon b/c she's in love with the guy from the big bang theory.. but that was before i got my veiled and found out it was female.. so we decided to change it to Amy since that's Sheldon's gf on the series

I named my male veiled Leon Powalski. After one of the star wolf members from starfox 64. The one thats a chameleon and is like "Andross has ordered us to take you down." Lol. I thought it was rather creative

Mine is Ivy, because she climbs. And Hubbles was worried Myrtle would sound weird in an American accent. And his suggestion was Climby, which is now her middle-name.
